The service is for adults aged 18 and older only. By creating an account, entering as a guest, or using the service, you confirm that:

You may use supported sign-in methods or guest entry where available. You are responsible for keeping your credentials, devices, and account access secure.

You may not sell, transfer, share, or create accounts for someone else unless the service expressly allows it. Tell support through the in-app support surface if you believe your account has been compromised.

The service helps adults discover and chat with other users through limited matching, mutual acceptance, chat, friends, blocking, reporting, wallet, and settings tools.

The service does not guarantee matches, replies, friendships, availability in every region, or any specific outcome from another user.

You are responsible for profile information, photos, messages, reports, support requests, and any other content you submit.

You grant the platform operator a limited license to host, display, transmit, process, moderate, and preserve your content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the service.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its security, or create risk for users, staff, infrastructure, or the public.

The service may include virtual coins, reward flows, ad-free or premium entitlements, and feature gates. Unless a specific feature states otherwise:

Users can block and report other users. Staff may review reports, account signals, photos, messages, and relevant metadata when needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or support.

Moderation may include warnings, content removal, match restrictions, chat closure, session revocation, suspension, banning, suspected-minor restrictions, or other proportionate action.

If a moderation, safety, photo, account, or similar decision affects you, you may submit an appeal through the support surface when the appeal category is available.

Appeals should explain what decision you are challenging, why you believe it should change, and any safe context you want reviewers to consider. The platform may uphold, reverse, or modify the original decision.

The platform may restrict, suspend, ban, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create safety or fraud risk, appear to be under 18, misuse rewards or payments, or if action is required by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion, export, and privacy requests are handled through account and support/privacy tools where available.

Self-service deletion removes or anonymizes active account data where feasible. Some records may be retained when needed for safety, support, fraud prevention, audit integrity, ledger integrity, legal obligations, disputes, or abuse investigations.

Administrative hard deletion is only available when preview checks show that no retained safety, financial, or audit evidence blocks the operation.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, pause, fail, or become unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or region-wide availability.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the platform operator disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the service or from interactions with other users.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Mandatory consumer, privacy, platform, safety, and data protection rights in your location continue to apply. If these Terms conflict with a non-waivable local right, that right controls only to the extent required by law.

These Terms may be updated as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page or communicated through the product where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
