Before a match, the service shows limited profile and candidate information according to product rules. After mutual acceptance, chat content is visible to the participants and may be reviewed by authorized staff when needed for reports, safety, support, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

Other users do not receive your private account email, security data, support notes, privacy request internals, or other users' private information through matching or export features.

Essential cookies and local storage support sign-in, guest recovery, security, language, and core product flows. Optional analytics, reward, marketing, or similar tracking does not run before the relevant choice is allowed in the consent center.

Essential processing remains active because the service cannot safely operate without it. Functional, analytics, ads/rewards, and marketing choices can be managed separately.

Export files are temporary and are deleted after their configured expiry. Deleted accounts are anonymized or removed where feasible, while justified records may remain linked to a tombstone account record.
