Overview

These guidelines explain the baseline conduct expected from everyone using the service. They apply to profiles, photos, messages, reports, support requests, appeals, and any other user-submitted content.

Adults only

The service is for users who are 18 or older. Do not use the service if you are under 18, and do not help a minor access the service.

Respect and consent

Treat other users with basic respect. Matching or chatting does not mean someone owes you attention, personal details, photos, money, off-platform contact, or continued conversation.

Prohibited behavior

The following behavior is not allowed:

  • harassment, threats, stalking, hate, intimidation, or sexual pressure,
  • minor exploitation, grooming, or any sexualized content involving minors,
  • impersonation, deceptive identity claims, fraud, scams, spam, or phishing,
  • requests for money, passwords, verification codes, identity documents, or financial credentials,
  • malware, illegal activity, evasion of moderation, or abuse of reports, rewards, wallet, or matching systems.

Profiles and photos

Profile information and photos should be accurate enough not to deceive other users. Do not upload content that impersonates another person, violates privacy, contains illegal material, or creates a safety risk.

Scams and manipulation

Leave and report the conversation if someone pressures you for money, moves too quickly off-platform, asks for codes or wallet screenshots, invents urgent emergencies, or repeatedly avoids basic consistency.

Reporting and blocking

Use block and report tools when something feels unsafe or violates these guidelines. Reports should be honest and focused on relevant facts.

Enforcement

Enforcement may include warnings, content removal, match or chat restrictions, suspected-minor restrictions, session revocation, suspension, ban, account deletion paths, or preservation of evidence where justified.

Emergency

The service is not an emergency service. If you believe you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authority in your area.
